Best diet to use with KetoneAid Ketone Ester

I get asked all the time how to optimize using the ketone ester. You would think it is powerful enough to overcome a bad diet, but that is only if you have huge and expensive amounts. But doing little things like cutting out Orange Juice can make a world of difference as the ketones compete with glucose.
