Pro Athlete Ketone Ester and Sleep Protocols
This is an updated protocol for using ketone ester for sleep for pro athletes if money is not an objection. Which means, we don't discuss the minimum amount that usually works, but the maximum amount and the pitfalls some pros have with taking Ketone Ester immedaitely before bed.
What we found is that the clinical trials suggest amounts near 50ml of KE4 immediately before bed. This is super expensive and many find results with much less. Also some find this amount of ketone ester before bed to be way too high and is can disturb their sleep.
